rates are also based on double occupancy but do not include breakfast;
however, breakfast is available for an additional $5 per person
should you wish to have it. Check the guesthouse page for weekly and monthly rates.
Charges
for additional persons in the rooms in the main house: $20
per person. Guesthouse additional persons: adults $10, children
$5, breakfast $5 per person.
The above rates
are all inclusive and there are no additional charges for tax. All
rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast
with the exception of the Guesthouse where breakfast is optional
(see above). Single occupancy is $5 less per night.
A two night minimum
is required on weekends and holidays.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations
require a minimum of one night deposit per three night stay. A full
refund
of your
deposit, less a $ 25 service charge per room, will be given if
notice of cancellation is received 14 days in advance of the reservation
arrival date. If reservations are cancelled
less than 14 days in advance, your deposit will be returned less
the
cancellation fee only if the accommodation is rebooked.
