How much tax do you charge?
We are not required to charge tax and the room rate is all inclusive: there are no additional charges.

Is it safe to send my credit card number over the internet?
Our Webervations online reservation form is secured by Verisign and is very safe but if you are not comfortable with this sending your card number you are welcome to call us toll free at 1-877-758-3284.

What does the room rates include?
Room rates in the main house are for two persons and include a full breakfast (served from 7 to 9:30) and snacks and beverages which are available throughout the day. The Guesthouse rate is also for two persons but does not include breakfast and snacks, however, we will be happy to serve you breakfast for an additional $5 per person per day.

Do you allow children?
We gladly accommodate children of all ages. We do encourage families traveling with more than one child to stay in the guesthouse.

Is it possible to put another bed in the room?
We have a crib, toddler bed, and single aerobed which we are happy to set up for you. We charge $20 per additional person in the rooms in the main house; rates for additional persons in the guesthouse are $10 per adult and $5 per child and the guesthouse also has a queen size aerobed.

Is the pool open year round?
The pool is open year round but it is not heated and can be extremely invigorating in January.

Do you allow pets
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.

Do you permit smoking?
You are welcome to smoke outside and we will be happy to provide you an ashtray.

Can we check in early?
Our check in time is 3-6 pm and we can’t promise that your room will be ready before 3. However, if you arrive in town early call and, if possible, we will be happy to check you in early.

Can we check in late?
Absolutely, but please let us know in advance if you anticipate arriving after 6 pm.
